You are responsible of declaring the type of freight or package that you wish to transport and inform us if it is dangerous in any way. All packages should be packed securely to avoid damages and any claims. It is your own responsibility to request extra insurance of your goods.

RLC Cargo is the company in between  the customer and the transport company which is being used to transport your package.  By booking a shipment through RLC Cargo you will be entering directly in a contract with the company transporting your shipment.  You will be notified what company will be doing the service before confirming the shipment. The Terms and Conditions with that particular company will apply.

Transport transit times are always estimated and we are not responsible for any delay because of weather, strikes or any other cause that could affect the transit time of your package.

The Terms and Conditions of the transport company that will be transporting your goods are available on the Carriers website and or upon request.

Data privacy is very important to us. We collect, store, and use your personal information only to the extent required to offer our services. We will only share your data with the transport company/companies which will execute your shipment.
